PROJECT: Logo/identity
BRIEF: Design a logo for a property developer’s luxury housing building project in Lake Tahoe, California.
SOLUTION: A distinctive logo with understated letter forms from the surname creating an abstract scene that alludes to the soaring peaks and beautiful natural scenery surrounding the location of this proposed real estate development. [Note: the development project was abandoned by the client after this early design work was completed. Since I was never compensated for this particular work anyway, I have since seized this logo for our own McKeown family’s stationery and shipping labels, with some small modifications].
